Sunset 2BR Apartment Steps from the Beach w/Ocean View

Had a decent stay. The location is kind of isolated, which was good and bad. Good in that it was very quiet, but bad in that it was difficult to get around the island since the taxi service is rather disorganized. The condo is cute, but we had difficulty fitting 6 people in the condo. The trundle bed may be a queen, but it is physically impossible to pull it all the way out from under the bed given the size and layout of the room, so it effectively functions as a twin. Also found the bed above the trundle bed to be very hard and uncomfortable. Communication was good though and we had a lot of fun on our whale shark tour, which was amazing.

Decepción y pesadilla Positive: Nada Negative: No habia energia electrica en el alojamiento cuando llegue con mi familia, el problema lo tenian desde 1 dia antes y no me avisaron para yo poder tomar una decision antes de llegar, eso es inaceptable porque no pensaron en mi bienestar y justo al llegar me informan del problema electrico. Yo viaje con 2 niños, mi esposa y una persona de la tercera edad, fue un momento muy estresante estar en esa situacion, al final acepte quedarme esa noche con la esperanza de que al dia siguiente la energia se restableceria porque ya era muy tarde pero sin energia pues fue muy dificil dormir por el calor y los mosquitos, me parece inaceptable que si viendo ya el problema no me hubieran avisado antes e incluso ustedes debieron ofrecerme otro alojamiento y pagarlo. Al dia siguiente el lugar seguia sin luz asi que a las 11am dejamos el sitio para irnos a otro lado, todo eso me ha hecho incurrir en mas gastos, nadie estuvo ahi como para darnos informacion y la chica que nos recibio el dia anterior tampoco se aparecio. Realmente el gerenciamiento del lugar durante la situacion fue pesimo, muy decepcionado del servicio al cliente. Espero que las 2 noches que ya no estuve en el alojamiento me sea reembolsado. Finalmente to entiendo que ustedes no tienen la culpa de que no hubiera energia en el sitio pero si debieron informarme con antelacion y no hacerme pasar por todo esa situacion.

The location is quiet, on a beautiful stretch of beach with warm shallow waters and gorgeous sunset views. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The concierge was very responsive and helpful with questions about the property and also arranging activities. Excellent stay!

The property’s location was exceptional—quiet, private, peaceful. The real highlight was the concierge Karina. She was warm, knowledgeable, immediately available, and coordinated everything for us and answered all questions. She had great suggestions and has been the best concierge of any place we’ve stayed! We would come back just for her
