Appartement met ruimte en een uitzicht en zonsondergang op de golf van Mexico Positive: Prachtig appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt en een mooi uitzicht en zonsondergang op de Golf van Mexico en dichtbij Playa Cocos, het meer rustige deel van Holbox, waar in de buurt ook de bioluminescence zichtbaar kan zijn. Helaas voor ons heel beperkt zichtbaar door het koele seizoen. Conciërge Karina is super behulpzaam met alles. Communicatie verloopt ook super makkelijk. Spreken Engels. Negative: Niet echt iets wat noemenswaardig is

Karina took great care of us and helped with everything from arrival and departure transportation to excursions while we were here!

We had an amazing time at Yum Balam. Excellent communication with the host and our concierge, Karina was so responsive and helpful. She helped us arrange an easy transportation from Cancun airport to apartment and any tour we wanted to go on: 3 Islands Tour, Whale Shark Tour and Bioluminescent Tour. As well as giving us a list of activities and restaurants. So easy to get a taxi to the center of town and back. Can’t wait for next time!
