Breathtaking Ocean Vista Penthouse w/Private Pool

Hotel from hell. Worse hotel we ever stayed at. Positive: It does have breathtaking views, but does not make up the hassles it put us through. Bathrooms smelled worse than a public bathroom. We had to clean the whole apartment because it was filthy. The master bathroom had urine caked around the toilet rim. There were crumbs on the kitchen table. We were without power for 2 days one night. Sleeping without ac is unbearable. This is not a hotel, it gets treated as Airbnb by staff. The address on booking is 1/2 mile off from what it actually is. Name is also wrong. We booked it on under “breathtaking views” and they call it “Yam Balam” They told us power outages were in the whole island when in reality it was just our building. The rest of the island had power including the people from across the building. Had to check out early because we could not have the kids spend another night without a.c Just worse hotel experience overall Negative: Dirty Power went out for 2 days and they don’t have generators. Surrounding hotels do. Poor communication from staff Wrong address So far away we had to rent a golf cart for our whole stay. Down town is 40 minutes walk each way

Very relaxing listening to the waves at night and being able to watch both the sunrise and sunset. Positive: Quiet and on the beach Negative: Sometimes a sewer smell cane up front shower drain.

Les logements avec piscine privée en rooftop au top ! Positive: La piscine en rooftop Negative: L’emplacement trop éloigné des Commerces et restaurant Manquait quelques accessoires (micro onde, séchoir à linge notamment)

Excelente alojamiento con bella vista Positive: La hermosa vista del roof Negative: Todo excelente

Muy caro Holbox un paraíso con exceso de cobro Positive: La distribución y espacios Negative: Muy lejos del centro 45 a 50 minutos caminando. Y los taxis te cobran entre 350 y 500 pesos por vuelta.
